CleanB™ is a simple chemical process that treats sludge to Class B standards. CleanB™ will not only significantly lower cost, it also reduces processing time from as much as 30 days down to fifteen minutes. Because it reduces pathogens far below Class B limits, CleanB™ is safer and environmentally beneficial than other processing systems.

After processing, the biosolids are odor free and can be safely land applied on Class B sites (where allowed by regulations). Because the residuals are pH adjustable, older Class B sites which reached buffer capacity due to lime stabilization products (a highly basic process) may be reopened and utilized by CleanB™ users. The superior residuals created by the CleanB™ process create more disposition options for our clients.

CleanB™ gives municipalities a way to have many of the benefits of our Class A Neutralizer® system at a very low cost. In addition, the CleanB™ system may viewed as an ‘entry’ level system, as upgrading CleanB™ to a Neutralizer® system requires only moderate infrastructure improvements.
