Using a highly effective physical/chemical process, CleanB™ can treat wastewater to Class B standards in as little as 15 minutes. A typical wastewater treatment process that includes digestion will usually take 28 days or more just to bring the biosolids to a Class B level. CleanB™ allows existing digesters to be taken offline or eliminated from the design of a new plant, saving operational and construction dollars. The entire CleanB™ process uses 2% of the energy of most digesters, making it cost effective while reducing the carbon footprint of the plant saving both financial and natural resources.
