The Neutralizer® is BCR’s patented Class A residuals treatment system and is in operation at three facilities with two additional facilities under construction in 2009. This simple, low cost physical/chemical process turns biosolid liabilities into valuable, reusable assets in a matter of hours.  The end product of the process is a treated residual which is suitable for use as a nutrient-rich, high grade commercial fertilizer.

This process is proven and is fully accepted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to meet all the requirements of Chapter 62-640 of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC) including Class AA biosolids product.  Process automation makes running the systems as easy as pushing a button, reducing labor costs and ensuring that the process produces the same result each and every time.

The Neutralizer® process is simple. It takes waste activated sludge directly from the Clarifier (eliminating the need for digestion as well as the heavy cost to construct and run digesters) and subjects it to a simple patented treatment process.
