Using a highly effective physical/chemical process, The Neutralizer® can treat biosolids to Class AA/EQ standards in less than 8 hours. A typical wastewater treatment process that includes digestion will usually take 30 days or more just to bring the biosolids to a Class B level. The Neutralizer® allows existing digesters to be taken offline or eliminated from the design of a new plant, saving operational and construction dollars. The entire Neutralizer® process uses 5% of the energy of a single digester, making it cost effective while reducing the carbon footprint of the plant saving both financial and natural resources.
